Enrolment and refund policy

Who can enrol

Our courses are currently open to learners aged 18 and over.

Steps to enrol

• Apply for a course.
• We review your application and send you a decision.
• If you receive an offer, accept the enrolment and refund terms.
• Pay the fee, or the first instalment if an instalment plan is offered for your course.
• Your place is confirmed when the academy has verified your payment and confirmed your enrolment.

Paying a fee does not by itself guarantee a place or admission to a course. Pay only through the academy's verified payment channels.

Fees

Fees are shown in Nigerian naira (NGN). The fee in your offer is the fee you pay. Any additional charges, such as materials, are disclosed before you enrol.

Instalments

Instalment plans are available only where shown for a course, on the dates and amounts set out in your invoice.

If you cancel before the course starts

If you cancel before the first session, we refund your course fees in full.

If you withdraw after the course starts

We refund the unused part of your tuition in proportion to the sessions remaining, less the cost of any separately disclosed materials already supplied to you and kept by you. We send you the calculation in writing. This does not affect any rights you have under the law.

If the academy cancels or postpones

If we cancel a course before it starts, you can choose a full refund or a transfer to another course or date. If the start date changes significantly, you can decline the new date and request a full refund.

How to request a refund

Email admin@nsdbusinessltd.com. Every refund request is reviewed and approved by an authorised member of staff.

• We acknowledge your request within two working days.
• We tell you our decision within seven working days.
• We start paying approved refunds within ten working days. Banks and payment providers may take longer to complete the transfer; we will explain any delay.

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method where possible.
